Why we started
We kept coming home from the beach, the gym, long days — completely drained. Wanted a drink with electrolytes that wasn't loaded with sugar or wrapped in plastic. Couldn't find it. Not in Portugal, not anywhere in Europe.
Most hydration drinks haven't changed in decades. Artificial sweeteners. Synthetic flavours. Way too much sugar. Plastic bottles. Same "sports nutrition" energy.
We couldn't find a hydration drink we'd want to drink ourselves. So we made one.

What's inside Sava?
Electrolytes, B & C vitamins, natural flavours. Cans are low sugar. Powder is zero sugar. No artificial sweeteners. No weird neon stuff.
What are electrolytes and why do they matter?
Electrolytes are charged minerals — sodium, potassium, magnesium and others — that regulate how your body holds water, fires muscles, and maintains energy. You lose them every time you sweat, and water alone doesn't replace them.
That post-workout slump, the afternoon crash, the cramp that wakes you up at night — electrolytes are often the missing piece.
Is Sava a sports drink?
Works for workouts, but that's not the point. Sava is for workdays, heat, travel, late nights, early mornings — all the moments you're losing fluids without realising it.
You don't need to be an athlete to be dehydrated.
