Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

Across the EU. Hydration has no borders.

How long does shipping take?

Portugal and Spain: 2–3 business days. Rest of Europe: up to 10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change my order?

Email us at hello@drinksava.eu within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we can't make changes.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Unopened product can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once opened, food products can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us at hello@drinksava.eu with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

Pick your products and frequency, and Sava shows up on your schedule. You save on every order.

Can I change the frequency?

Yes. Log in to your account and update your subscription settings anytime.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime. No questions asked, no weird tricks.

When am I billed?

We charge your card 2 days before your next order is due, based on the frequency you selected.
