Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Pleasant Venture, Lda. (trading as Sava), a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518449327).

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Most orders are dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse in Portugal within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Portugal and Spain, we will begin shipping to all EU member countries from Portugal soon. We do not currently ship outside the European Union.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates based on our carrier partners' stated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary.

Portugal & Spain: 2–3 business days
Other EU countries: up to 10 business days

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order weight. Rates include applicable VAT.

The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies to your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking link to follow your package to delivery.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@drinksava.eu.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please:

Check with neighbours and your household
Check any building reception or parcel lockers
Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number
If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at hello@drinksava.eu

If your package is delayed significantly beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@drinksava.eu with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, subject to our responsibility to make the item available to you in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Customs and duties

All our shipments are within the European Union, so no customs duties or import taxes apply to cross-border EU orders. VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout.
