Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with Pleasant Venture, Lda. (trading as Sava), a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518449327).
As an EU consumer, you have specific rights under EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible purchases. This policy explains how those rights apply to your order and how to exercise them.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase for any reason. You do not need to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@drinksava.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and state that you wish to return your items. We will confirm receipt of your request and send you return instructions.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
Unopened and unused
In their original, unbroken packaging
In the same condition you received them
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
Under Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83, sealed food products that have been unsealed after delivery are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene. This means:
Opened cans of our electrolyte drinks cannot be returned
Opened boxes where individual powder sachets have been unsealed cannot be returned
Opened sachets cannot be returned
Unopened cases of drinks, unopened boxes of powder, and unused water bottles can be returned within the 14-day period.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Contact us at hello@drinksava.eu and we will provide return instructions specific to your location. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Items returned without a prior return request may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, we will refund you via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, as required by EU law. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 14 days have passed since we confirmed receipt of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@drinksava.eu.
Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your order on arrival. If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@drinksava.eu with your order number and a photo of the issue.
For damaged or defective products, we will:
Cover the return shipping cost
Offer you a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost
This is in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law, which include the right to a free repair, replacement, or refund for products that do not conform to the contract of sale.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your original item under the 14-day withdrawal right and place a new order for the product you want.
