How subscriptions work
What is a Sava subscription?
A subscription is a recurring order placed at a frequency you choose — for example, every 30 days. You receive the same product automatically at the selected interval, at a lower price than a one-time purchase. The subscription discount applies only while your subscription is active.
How does billing work?
We charge your card 2 days before your next order is due. You'll receive an email notification before each charge. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor — we never store card information directly.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Yes. You can change your frequency at any time through your customer account. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle if made at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.
Managing your subscription
How do I pause, modify, or cancel?
Log into your customer account and go to the subscriptions section. You can pause, skip an order, change your frequency, or cancel at any time. If you need help, email us at hello@drinksava.eu.
When does a cancellation take effect?
Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle if made at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date. There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel after your first order.
What happens to my discount if I cancel?
The subscription discount applies only while your subscription is active. If you cancel and place a new order later, the one-time purchase price applies unless a new subscription offer is available at that time.
Your rights
Can I return my first subscription order?
Yes. Your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 applies to the first order of your subscription. You have 14 days from receipt of that first order to return it for a full refund, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Opened food products cannot be returned.
Subsequent recurring orders are treated as individual purchases and are subject to the same return conditions as one-time orders.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email and attempt to retry. We will not dispatch an order before payment is confirmed. If the issue isn't resolved, your subscription will be paused until payment is updated in your account.
